MAIN SEWER CLEANING

After that, we assess the situation, use the correct tool to remove the blockage from the sewer system, get rid of the flooding and get your life back to normal.
SEWER LINING
A type of pipe repair where digging to reach an existing pipe that has failed is not an option.
SEWER REPAIR
Open excavation of the sewer pipe is sometimes necessary to correct a problem that has occurred. These repairs include where the pipe is completely collapsed, where an object is protruding into the pipe or where the alignment of the pipe requires correction.

High pressure flushing is one of the most important tools that we have now for the thorough cleaning of a sewer.

BACKWATER VALVE / BACKFLOW VALVE INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION
A backwater valve is a great preventative measure to save yourself a headache down the road. Backwater valves allow sewage and wastewater to exit a home but stop anything from entering from city sewer lines. Heavy rainfalls and snowfalls can cause water entering through street drains to overwhelm public sewers, leaving waste water to exit through the path of least resistance. Installing a backwater valve helps ensure the path of least resistance isn’t your basement. The MAINLINE FULLPORT BACKWATER VALVE ALARM has sensors that can easily detect a water backup quickly, sending an alarm through a building security system or third-party smart devices.
Vacuum Truck Services
Catch basins with our low profile vacuum truck. We are able to go into any under ground parking garage to service the sump pits and the catch basins. The truck is 5 feet 8 inches tall. This truck will also service above ground parking areas.
Sump pits should be properly cleaned with the installation of a new sump pump, as this will greatly increase the life of a pump.
Window wells repairs (inside of the steel casing with minimum excavation and restoration needed).
Curb boxes excavated inside of a 12-inch diameter hole with minimum damage to surrounding areas such as driveways.
Spot repairs for the excavation of cracked wall repairs in a small excavated hole.
Septic Bed Systems
SEPTIC BED INSPECTION
We do septic inspections for the following:
- Purchase or the sale of a home with a septic system,
- Building permits for bathrooms or additions
- For trouble shooting a problem
SEPTIC BED CLEANING
Sludge build up in the pipes of a septic bed reduce the capacity of the water it can handle. The pipes of a septic system serve two functions in the bed. One function is the delivery of water to all parts of the septic bed to dissipate the wastewater and the other function is to act as a reservoir during use of the system. The pipes in the bed build up with suspended particles that build up over years of use. Removal of this sludge by the use of a high-pressure sewer flusher and vacuum truck helps to increase the ability of the septic system to work properly again. This may have to be followed up with the use of the Terra Lift as in the next heading.

Septic system services
– Rejuvinates exhausted leach fields quickly without costly excavation and replacement.
Terralift provides a fast solution to many ground water problems. Terralift uses a long, narrow probe and an integral pneumatic hammer to penetrate the soil to depths of from 3 to 6 feet.
It then forces air into the soil at a controllable rate, fracturing the soil, and creating an aerobic condition.
At the same time, polystyrene pellets are injected into the newly aerated soil, thus maintaining the passages for the percolation of liquid away from the problem area.
Because air tends to follow the path of least resistance, both the air and the pellets will move horizontally and vertically through the soil. The pellets will keep the air and water passages open to ensure proper transpiration on a long term basis.
