Can't say enough good things about this company. The team was friendly, professional, and got the job done without any hassle. They took the time to explain everything, didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, and left the place spotless. I did some research today on the better companies to deal with. This one surfaced to the top.  I called the company and the intake person had someone call me. It was like 60 seconds. The man was excellent.  Great personality and folks, let me be up front... because this matters... ZERO BS! No fake upselling, no trying to gaslight. Just upfront and honest. When I called, I really thought that we had a huge problem on our hands.  But, it turned out to be minor. I HIGHLY recommend this company and especially, Mr. Sears who attended. If, in the future we do have major problems (or any, actually) this is the place I will call I do not impress easily.  Mr. Sears impressed me greatly.

Slow drain. Max came out on time this morning. Very personable and professional. Camera showed some tree roots and a slightly shifted clay pipe. Snaked the roots out along with some other blockage and 2 hours later we are good to go. The shifted pipe isn't a major factor yet, but says at some point it could become an issue. Their service is quick and awesome. Huge shoutout to MAX. Max not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond to assure everything is working perfectly fine and I don’t have any issues while he is gone. He came in after hours which shows his dedication and took time to resolve the issue and not only that, he went to my upstairs neighbours and asked them to run water for 5 minutes so he can do all the tests in my unit. Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. (Mind u it was hot and he was sweating like crazy but he didn’t frown an eyebrow while doing the job) To that dedication and to that honesty towards his work, five star to Max and this company.
