High-Pressure Flushing
High pressure flushing uses a specialized jetting system to scour pipes clean and remove tough buildup that traditional snaking may not fully clear.
Signs you may need high pressure flushing
- Slow drains that return shortly after being cleared
- Repeated clogs in the same line
- Grease buildup (especially kitchens)
- Sludge, sediment, or heavy buildup seen during inspection
- You’ve had backups and want a “full reset” of the line
- Foul odours from drains even when water is flowing
What it’s best for
High pressure flushing is especially effective for:
- grease and soap buildup
- sludge and sediment
- scale and debris accumulation
- post-root removal cleanup (often paired with Tree Root Removal)
How we do it (what happens first)
- We evaluate the line and symptoms
- Often, we perform a TV inspection first to confirm:
- pipe condition (avoid flushing a collapsed/broken pipe)
- location and type of blockage
- We use controlled high-pressure water to clean the full pipe diameter, not just punch a hole through the clog
- In many cases, we do a post-flush camera check to confirm results
Seasonal note
After big storms, spring melt, or construction debris washing into drainage systems, flushing can be the fastest way to restore proper flow.
